Richard HE has a strong background in data engineering and analysis. Richard is currently working as a Data Engineer at Aware Super since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Quantitative/Predictive Modelling Senior Analyst at Commonwealth Bank from August 2021 to April 2023. Before that, Richard was an Application and Data Analyst at Downer from November 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst at IQVIA from March 2016 to November 2018, where they provided service and support for data-rich BI solutions, created and monitored scheduled jobs in SQL Server, performed data analysis based on clients' requirements, optimized SQL query scripts, and ensured data quality checks.

Richard HE obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Queensland, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. Richard furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Sydney, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, in June 2023, Richard obtained the SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake.
