Ibrahim Kubba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ibrahim currently works as an Identity and Security Delivery Analyst at Aware Super since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at First State Super, starting as an IT Service Desk Analyst from September 2016 to October 2019, and then transitioning to the role of IT service desk administrator from October 2019 to September 2021. Ibrahim also gained experience at Trade Bank of Iraq, where they served as a System Administrator from February 2013 to October 2015, and as a Back Office Operations Support from December 2011 to February 2013. During their time at Trade Bank of Iraq, they demonstrated proficiency in the Misys core banking system (Equation 3.9) and EBA, providing operational support to branches on Equation 3. Overall, Ibrahim has developed a strong background in IT service desk administration, system administration, and operational support in the banking sector.

Ibrahim Kubba graduated from Al-Mansour University College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering. In April 2019, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In January 2021, they obtained the Microsoft AZ-500T00 - Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification from DDLS.
