Daniela Ventresca has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Daniela started working in 2017 as a volunteer for the Associazione della Croce Rossa Italiana, where they served as a Social Area Volunteer and later became an Operatore Umanitario. Daniela also gained experience in International Humanitarian Law during their time there.

In 2019, Daniela joined ELSA and ELSA Perugia. At ELSA, they held multiple positions such as Delegate for the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC), Participant in the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition, and ELSA Italy Delegate at the International Council Meeting. At ELSA Perugia, they served as a Member, Vice President in charge of Professional Development, and held various director roles in Professional Development, Seminars, and Conferences.

In 2021, Daniela became a Co-Founder of Avvocato di Strada Perugia, an organization focused on providing legal assistance to vulnerable populations. Daniela also had the opportunity to work as a Trainee Delegate for the United Nations and served as an ELSA Delegate for the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Most recently, Daniela's work experience includes being a Delegate for the United Nations Committee on Civil and Political Rights (CCPR) and participating in the E.W.A. on Refugee and Migration Law organized by ELSA Komotini, Greece. Daniela is currently a Trainee Delegate for the United Nations, and will also serve as an ELSA Delegate for the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Daniela Ventresca's education history includes the following:

In 2014 to 2019, Daniela attended Liceo classico A. Mariotti and obtained a Maturità classica ad indirizzo bilingue degree.

In 2017, they briefly attended Graveney School Welham Rd, London, where they participated in the British Academy program.

Starting in 2019, Daniela enrolled at Università degli Studi di Perugia, pursuing a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza.

In November 2018, Daniela obtained a Certificazione C1 di lingua francese from FIAF - French Institute Alliance Francaise.

Finally, in 2021, Daniela attended Democritus University of Thrace - (D.U.Th.) to earn an E.W.A. on Refugee and Migration Law. This program included their involvement with UNHCR and Hellenic Red Cross through ELSA Komotini in Greece.
