Martina Hibell serves as the Secretary General at Barnfonden since January 2013, with prior roles including Program Director and Acting Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, and Program Manager. Barnfonden is part of the ChildFund Alliance, collaborating on development programs across 60 countries and directly supporting initiatives in 26 countries. Previously, Martina worked as a PME Developer at Svalorna Latinamerika, focusing on program manual development and evaluation methodologies, and held roles as Program Officer and Consultant. Early career experience includes serving as a Program Assistant at Svalorna Latinamerika. Martina holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on Development and Democracy from Lund University, alongside various linguistic qualifications.
