Marie Degaey currently serves as RRH and Chargée des ressources humaines at Avril (cosmétique bio) since September 2021, following a role as Responsable magasin adjoint at Lidl France from June to December 2019. Marie holds a Master 2 (M2) in Sociology with a focus on Work Organization, Diagnosis, and Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, completed in 2022. In addition, a Master 1 (M1) in Economic and Social Administration specializing in Law and Human Resource Economics was obtained from the same university in 2021. Educational qualifications also include a TOEIC certification in English from Greta Saint-Omer, a Licence professionnelle in SME-PMI Management from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, and a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Commercial Unit Management from Lycée des Flandres.
