Lezelle Ten Zeldam Ganswyk (Hawksworth) is an experienced professional with a background in the hospitality and IT industries. Currently serving as COO Performance Lead and Policy Coordinator at Aviva since April 2007, Lezelle supports the Director of UK CISO in the daily operations of the team and previously provided administrative support to the Head of Customer Services. Prior experience includes a role as Guest Relations Manager and Conference & Events Coordinator at Protea Hotels Midrand, where responsibilities involved managing departmental operations and client relations. Lezelle holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed secondary education at Kempton Park High School.
