Greg Atwood is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Partner at Avista Hospice Arizona, LLC since January 2023. Greg has an extensive background in senior care and clinical operations, holding the position of V.P. of Clinical Operations at Avista Senior Living since June 2021. Additionally, Greg has contributed to the Utah Assisted Living Association as a member of the Board of Directors since May 2022. Previous roles include serving as ALD at Kisco Senior Living, Partner and Chief Clinical Officer at Bridges Community Homecare and Hospice, and Case Manager at Intermountain Healthcare.
