Afnan Ahmed is a multi-faceted professional with experience in fitness training, project management, and sales. Currently employed as a Certified Personal Trainer at Equinox since June 2023, Afnan has expertise in designing customized workout programs certified by NASM and additional certifications in TRX, ZUU, and Nutrition coaching. Afnan also holds the position of Technical Project Manager Intern at Caremerge, responsible for migrating clients to updated software systems and managing project timelines and expectations. As a Sales Specialist at Nike and an independent personal trainer since 2017, Afnan has demonstrated strong abilities in fitness instruction and customer engagement. Additionally, Afnan has been active as a DJ since 2011, providing entertainment at various functions. Afnan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology and significant research experience in spectroscopy and imaging at Syracuse University.
