Vishal Kumar P. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in cloud migration, data platform engineering, and DevOps practices. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Avis Budget Group since September 2022, Vishal oversees cloud migration efforts and data platform consolidation. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Engineer, responsible for global data platform stability, and as Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where contributions included leading DevOps initiatives and managing Confluent Kafka clusters. Early career development involved roles as Assistant Consultant, specializing in REST API management, and as a Developer for a major credit card company and a US airline.
