Jim Haley currently serves as the Technology Group Manager at the New York Power Authority, specializing in strategic supply management since August 2019. Simultaneously, Jim has held the position of Director of IT Global Procurement and previously Sr Procurement Manager at Avis Budget Group since December 2017. Prior to these roles, Jim gained extensive experience at Verizon, where Jim worked as a Sourcing Manager from October 1996 to December 2017.
