James Bethards is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at Wheels, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, James worked for LeasePlan USA for over 26 years, holding multiple leadership positions including Director of IT, Director of Web Services, and Director of Business Development, where responsibilities included managing resources for various projects, influencing the strategic direction of client and driver portals, and developing an insurance product marketed across over 45 states. James began their career as a Consultant and later held roles such as Manager of Application Development and Development Team Leader at Analysts International from January 1985 to January 1998. James holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
