Michelle Gunn, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in audiovisual integration and consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Avidex since July 2023, Michelle provides project management services for audiovisual integrations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, Michelle held the position of Associate Director of Project Management at Charcoalblue, where responsibilities included developing a Project Management Office (PMO) and managing multiple million-dollar AV event center projects. Additionally, Michelle has consulted for various small businesses, managed diverse client projects at Video Corporation of America and Prysm Inc., and served as Director of Operations at Audio, Video & Controls, Inc. Michelle holds a BFA in Sculpture from Purchase College, SUNY, and an AAS in Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
