Eloy Leal began their work experience in 1996 at Applied Research Laboratories as a Project Engineer. Eloy then moved on to Louis Poulsen Lighting in 2004, where they worked as a Team Leader for a brief period. From 1998 to 2016, Leal worked at EAM Worldwide, starting as a Project Engineer and eventually becoming the Director of Operations and Engineering. Finally, since 2016, they have been the COO at Aviation Inflatables, Inc.

Eloy Leal received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University in 1996. Eloy later obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from the College of Business at Florida International University between the years 2007 and 2009.
