James (Jim) Kauth is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in operational control and dispatch management. Currently serving as the Manager of Dispatch at Avelo Airlines since March 2023, Kauth is focused on developing the Avelo Dispatch Team. Prior roles include Senior Manager of SOC at Frontier Airlines, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring irregular operations and coordinating solutions across multiple teams, and Director of OCC at Silver Airways, leading various operational teams and developing crucial policies. Kauth's background also includes significant positions in dispatch management at Orange Air and Allegiant Air, as well as project management roles in construction and agricultural sectors earlier in their career. Kauth holds vocational degrees in Drafting (AutoCAD) and C++ Object Oriented Programming from Alan Hancock College and Maplewoods Community College, respectively.
