Florian Weber is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in research and development, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Lab Test Operations and previously as Team Lead Test Operations at Lilium since September 2020, Florian has held various managerial roles, including R&D Manager at Medical Intelligence Medizintechnik GmbH and Elekta. Prior experience includes positions at Brainlab as Project Manager for Electronic Design and Senior Electronic Design Engineer, as well as earlier roles at Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH and ARTE Energie und Bauträgergesellschaft. Florian began a career in engineering at Archytas Automation GmbH after completing a Diplom Ingenieur (FH) in Luftfahrzeugtechnik / Flugbetriebstechnik from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in 1995.
