Lananh Ho has extensive experience in process development, currently serving as a Process Development Scientist I at Nitto Avecia since October 2019, with previous roles including Process Development Senior Chemist, Process Development Chemist, and Associate Process Development Chemist. Prior to this, Lananh worked as a Lab Technician for Procter & Gamble, overseeing Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometers for fragrance research. Additional experience includes a position as a Nail Technician at Escape Nails & Spa and a Pharmacy Technician role at CVS Pharmacy. Lananh has also contributed as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and participated in an undergraduate research study abroad program in Bordeaux, France. Educationally, Lananh holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a High School Diploma from Fairfield Senior High School, with earlier studies at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash.
