Kathryn Smalley is an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Avantor since April 2022, Kathryn previously held similar roles at MESM from November 2013 to August 2023, including Study Project Manager. Kathryn's career also includes a position as Customer Service Manager at MSERV Global Ltd - MESM Ltd and MESM from December 2011 to October 2013 and a role as Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent a Car from July 2007 to November 2011. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Lancaster University, which was completed in 2007, and graduated from The Deanery High School in 2002.
