Becca Cosani currently serves as Chief of Staff for Clinical Services at Curative since December 2023. Prior to this role, Becca held the position of AVP Clinical Ops & PMO leader at Clearlink Partners from April 2020 to December 2023, focusing on end-to-end clinical and operational management solutions for healthcare organizations. Becca's experience also includes serving as Staff Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Anthem, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading strategy and execution to enhance value for members. Earlier in their career, Becca participated in a Leadership Development Program at Amerigroup from July 2011 to February 2013 and worked as Special Assistant to the Commissioner at the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services from July 2010 to June 2011, contributing to policy analysis and legislative reporting. Becca holds a B.A. in Government and Bioethics from the University of Virginia.
