Hunter Swaim has extensive experience in quality assurance and leadership. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Associate at Avanti Polar Lipids, Inc. since September 2015, Hunter coordinates significant projects totaling over 3 million dollars and has successfully designed a $200,000 walk-in freezer/refrigerator unit to comply with audit findings and Good Manufacturing Practices. Previously, Hunter worked as a Sales Director at Precision MedSource from July 2014 to June 2015, where a team was managed to secure over 30 physician licenses in just six months. Hunter's foundational leadership skills were developed during four years of service in the United States Marine Corps, including a combat deployment to Fallujah, Iraq, as a Sergeant/Machinegun Squad Leader, overseeing two machinegun teams. Educational qualifications include a High School Diploma from Lexington Christian Academy and training from the United States Marine Corps.
