Prior to AJ Vaccines, Casper held senior positions at AGC Biologics and Novo Nordisk, managing multiple quality control departments and leading significant projects that impacted global operations. Casper's educational background includes a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Copenhagen and additional qualifications in behavioral design, Lean & Six Sigma, and business administration.
