Mel Waymaster is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Avant Healthcare Professionals since May 2021, Mel Waymaster previously held the position of Director of HR Service Delivery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from February 2013 to May 2021, providing strategic HR expertise to enhance organizational performance.
