Ruth Riley is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Associate Vice President Human Resources at Tulane University since February 2008. In this position, Ruth drives organizational success by developing and executing strategic plans, enhancing stakeholder partnerships, and improving overall performance and growth. Previously, Ruth held roles such as Director of Employee Relations at Tulane University, where innovative solutions were developed to boost employee satisfaction and retention. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Consultant for Verizon Wireless, contributing significantly to HR strategies in the Gulf Coast Region, and working as a Recruiter at Manpower, where talent acquisition skills were honed. Ruth holds an Associate's degree from Panama Canal College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
