Grace Langford is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management, customer service, and education. Currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Concord Hospitality Enterprises since March 2022, Grace oversees front desk operations, including training and scheduling staff while addressing guest concerns. Concurrently, as a Remote Proctor at Avant Assessment, Grace monitors test-taking environments and enforces company policies. Grace has also worked as a server at Crabby Bill's St Cloud, providing exceptional service and resolving customer conflicts. Previous roles include teaching English at Shanghai Xingzhi High School and serving as an innkeeper at Excelsior Inn & Ristorante Italiano, where responsibilities ranged from managing reservations to training new staff.
