Demi Bentley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, customer service, and management. Currently serving as a Training Supervisor at Darwin CX since April 2021, Demi specializes in training onshore and offshore staff as well as clients in company systems and procedures. Previously, Demi held multiple roles at Palm Coast Data from November 2018 to August 2022, including Customer Service Supervisor & Training Specialist, where responsibilities included training employees in new customer service systems and supervising a large call center with significant call volume and staff. Demi also has experience as a Licensed Realtor with Florida Realtors, owning a small business, and working in various capacities within St. John's County Government, including Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant. Demi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Daytona State College.
