Ganiat Idris has a rich work experience in the clinical research field. Ganiat started their career as a Senior CRA at PAREXEL in June 2014 and worked there until October 2017. During their time at PAREXEL, they also took on the role of Line Manager from July 2016 to October 2017.

Following their tenure at PAREXEL, Ganiat joined Boston Biomedical Associates (BBA), which later became Avania. Ganiat worked at BBA/Avania from October 2017 to January 2022 as a Clinical Project Manager.
