Leroy Mah has over 10 years of experience in the digital and technology industry. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Country Strategist at Yahoo, where they were responsible for localizing the Yahoo business model and product strategy, as well as identifying and developing key opportunities. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Business Development Director at NEM.io Foundation, where they led local operations and strategic partnerships for Malaysia and certain key markets in Asia. During this time, they were a key driver in the global transition from a non-profit to a for-profit organisation. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Strategy & Operations and Commercial & Product Strategy Lead at NEM Group. In their role, they managed the overall product strategy and delivery, drove go-to-market strategy for products/programs, identified and created new opportunities for the group, and managed the product team. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development, Asia at Avalanche.
Leroy Mah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Management from the University of South Australia in 2011, and a Diploma in Communication and Advertising from Taylor's University in 2009.
