Lalit Chakradhari has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Avaada Group since August 2022, focusing on the operation and maintenance of a 320 MW solar PV plant and a 220 KV Switchyard. Prior to this role, Lalit worked for Reliance Power from June 2013 to August 2022 as an Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing the operation and maintenance of a 40 MW solar PV plant, along with managing string monitoring, junction box monitoring, PV module replacement, and fault rectification for inverters and DC cables, as well as the operation and maintenance of a 220 KV Switchyard. Lalit holds a Diploma in Electrical from Jodhpur National University, obtained in 2013, and completed education from Jai Public Senior Secondary School in Kota from 2004 to 2010.
