Jessica J. has over 24 years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 1996 as a Knowledge Management Support at AT&T. In 2005, they moved to Sage Software as a Knowledge Management Lead. Three years later, they were promoted to Customer Support Manager. In 2010, Jessica joined Asurint as a Director of Client Solutions and was later promoted to Director of Client Relations. In 2018, they moved to OnShift as the Director of Customer Success. In 2020, Jessica became a Board Member at In Step With Horses and a Co-Founder at Auxilia.

Jessica J. attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSM). Jessica then returned to the University of Phoenix and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006.
