Felipe Chahad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at AutoZone since May 2012, Felipe has previously held significant roles including Director of Operations and Senior Manager in Business Intelligence, Loss Prevention, Process Improvement, and Content. Prior to AutoZone, Felipe worked at Grupo Caltabiano McLarty from February 2007 to April 2012, where responsibilities included Gerente de Projetos and Coordenador de Melhoria de Processos. Early career experience includes a role as Analista de Negócios at Agence Consultoria, spanning January 2006 to January 2007. Felipe holds an MBA in Business Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed between 2017 and 2019, and additional education from Universidade Sant'Anna.
