Kyle Mountsier has a diverse work experience. Kyle is currently serving as a Partner/COO at ASOTU since September 2021. Prior to that, they founded Auto Genius, a dynamic organization aimed at helping automotive marketing professionals achieve their full potential. Kyle also co-founded Contagious Auto, where they helped dealers build innovative internal marketing teams and streamline their tech.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Kyle worked at Nelson Automotive Group as the Marketing & Business Development Director from January 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they worked with executive management to transition to Single Point of Contact sales and implemented video and text communication processes in Fixed Ops. Kyle also held various roles at Nelson Automotive Group, including Business Development Center Director, Training Director, Sales Manager, and Finance Director.

Earlier in their career, Kyle worked at Downtown Nashville Nissan as the New Car Director and Sales Floor Manager. Kyle also worked as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at both Downtown Nashville Nissan and Sandy Sansing Nissan.

Kyle Mountsier attended Anderson University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Music and a minor in Finance. In addition to their formal education, Kyle has also obtained certifications in Sales Management from DriveCentric's DriveUniversity in July 2021 and Google My Business from Google in May 2020.
