Wouter Kloosterman's work experience began in 2014 as a Pool Captain at SQ People. In 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at ABC Online Group. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Regional Director at TEC Europe, responsible for organizing events and promoting entrepreneurship among students. In 2016, they also worked as an Account Manager at Reviewtalks, managing B2B relations in the retail sector. In 2019, Wouter founded Bmentioned, a data-driven platform connecting brands with relevant YouTube Creators. Wouter also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Ekster®. In 2021, they worked as a Summer Sales Intern at Cisco and is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Authic Labs, a software company that enables customer loyalty programs using blockchain technology.

Wouter Kloosterman has a diverse education history. Wouter completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Commercial Economics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in a minor program focused on Business and Chinese language at Donghua University. In 2021, Wouter attended Tilburg University where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-master: Data Science and Society. Wouter continued their studies at Tilburg University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
