Tommi N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at CGI Portugal, providing incident, change, and request management for the Finnish ITSM team. Tommi then moved on to Adecco, where they served as a Technical and Aftersales Support specialist, solving technical issues and providing after-sales support for a major gaming brand and video game console developer. After Adecco, Tommi joined Arvato as a Technical Support Engineer, and later transitioned to Fujitsu Portugal as a System Specialist and Service Desk Expert, analyzing and maintaining PoS-systems, servers, workstations, and printers. In 2020, they joined Insoft Services as a Full-stack Developer before transitioning to Jotform in 2021 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they debugged JotForm tooling, provided forum support, and handled technical cases. Most recently, in 2022, Tommi joined Rome Blockchain Labs as a DevOps Architect.

Tommi N. attended Kupittaa ICT from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their Abitur in IT. Afterward, they enrolled at Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering.
