Jen Edwards is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT operations and service management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology, International and Head of Technology Infrastructure and Service Management at AustralianSuper since August 2021, Jen previously held various key roles at Transurban, including Head of Service Transition - Major Projects and Director, Technology Operations. Additionally, Jen has a background in technical delivery management from positions at Optus and Alphawest, where responsibilities included overseeing teams for global customer accounts and IT service functions. Jen's career also includes significant roles at IAG, where oversight of network services and ICT delivery management was provided. Jen holds a Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science from the University of Tasmania and has further education from Towson University.
