Christi Lindsey currently serves as Client Liaison Manager and was previously a Corporate Concierge at Australian Unity since March 2020. Prior roles include Executive Concierge at First Contact from February 2018 to February 2020 and Team Leader at Grand Hyatt Melbourne from July 2016 to December 2017, where insights into team motivation and guest service excellence were gained.
