Simon Ferguson is a seasoned professional in content design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Content Designer, UX, and User Researcher at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) since March 2021. Previously, Simon has held various roles at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources since April 2013, including Content Strategy and Design, Communications Specialist, and Content Strategist and Lead Researcher for Website Transformation, focusing on engagement and user experience within the Centre for Defence Industry Capability. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Deakin University, earned between 1994 and 2015.
