Emmanuelle Ganne has extensive work experience spanning various organizations. Emmanuelle is currently working at the World Trade Organization (WTO) as a Senior Analyst in the Economic Research Department. In this role, they lead the WTO's work on disruptive technologies such as blockchain and AI for trade finance, border procedures, transportation, logistics, and intellectual property. In these roles, they briefed journalists on WTO issues, wrote speeches and prepared interviews for the Director-General, managed relations with business and other international organizations, provided policy guidance and strategic advice to the Director-General, managed the accession of various countries, and trained senior government officials on WTO rules.

Additionally, Emmanuelle has served as a guest lecturer at Sciences Po and worked at the OECD as an Administrator in the Department of Fiscal, Financial Affairs, and Enterprises. At the OECD, they were a member of the Management Committee of the Stability Pact Anti-Corruption Initiative for South-Eastern Europe (SPAI), evaluated anti-corruption policies and practices in South Eastern European countries, designed strategies to address pressing issues, and was responsible for the communication strategy of the Initiative.
