Nancy Ma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance supervision and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Acting General Manager at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority since March 2020, Nancy oversees the supervision of Life Insurance and Private Health Insurance while previously managing Superannuation Member Outcomes assessment. Nancy's background includes significant roles at the Bank of England from January 2014 to March 2020, including supervision of the General Insurance Division and business model analysis in the Insurance Division. Prior positions also include financial due diligence with Deloitte and performance analysis at QBE European Operations.
