Joseph Must is a Senior Support Analyst at Australian Digital Health Agency. Before that, Joseph held positions such as IT Support Analyst at the same company and Service Desk and Testing Consultant at the Office of Industrial Relations. Joseph also worked as a Help Desk Operator at Bundaberg Brewed Drinks and a Help Desk Support Officer at Fraser Coast Regional Council. In the past, Joseph was a Sleep Technician at GenesisCare, an Apple Care Advisor at IBM, and worked in Mobile Faults at Telstra. Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology in System Administration at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
