Candelaria Romano currently serves as a People Analyst at Bleett since October 2023. Previously, Candelaria held the position of HR Digital Solutions Intern at Air Liquide from March 2022 to September 2023, and prior to that, worked as a Pasante de Recursos Humanos at Gestiones Solidarias from August 2021 to December 2021, where responsibilities included general support to the HR department, documentation handling, payroll registration, and internal customer service. Candelaria is pursuing a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', expected to graduate in December 2023, while also studying for a Licenciatura en Educación at Universidad Nacional de San Martín since March 2018.
