Neil W. is an experienced professional in regulatory research and policy management within the transportation and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Research, Markets and International at the Australian Communications and Media Authority since June 2020, Neil has previously held several roles at the National Transport Commission, including Director of Strategy, Monitoring and Review, and Senior Manager of Safety and Environment. Neil's early career at the Environment Protection Authority in Victoria involved positions such as Senior Policy Officer and Air Project Manager, focusing on air quality and environmental issues. Neil holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science (Hons), both from Monash University.
