Mats Hakansson is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in guiding global teams to achieve performance excellence. Currently serving as Executive Creative Director at OPPO's Global Creative Lab since January 2022, Mats successfully launched the brand's new global creative vision and identity system. Prior to this role, Mats was the Global Creative Director at OnePlus, where leadership facilitated the introduction of a new brand identity and comprehensive campaigns. At Pratt Institute, as Creative Director, operational strategies and digital tools were optimized for efficiency. Mats's earlier experience includes agency leadership at HIT THE BELL, where key accounts such as Van Cleef & Arpels and Nike were secured through innovative creative strategies. Mats holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
