Brittany Simpson is currently serving as the Customer Insights Manager at Australia Post, where responsibilities include managing research projects within the VOC, Insights and Segmentation team, and developing evidence-based reporting to inform stakeholder decision-making. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Klein Market Research for nearly a decade, progressing from Project Assistant to Senior Researcher, contributing to various research initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Behavioural Therapist at CISCA Pty Ltd, delivering early intervention therapy to children with Autism. Brittany holds a Graduate Certificate of Marketing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Deakin University.
