Al Herrera has been in the landscape industry for over 20 years. Al started their career as an Enhancement Manager at ValleyCrest Companies in 2004. In 2016, they left ValleyCrest to join Leaderscape Landscape as their Enhancement Manager. Al remained at Leaderscape until 2019 when they joined Top Cut Lawn Services as a Dedicated Account Manager.

Some of their coworkers include Ivan Ayala - Irrigation Manager, Angel Espinoza - Safety Manager, and Jorge Perez - Shop Manager. Their manager is Stephen Miller, Founder & CEO.
