Alicia Eastes is an accomplished director, writer, and producer currently holding the position of Director/Writer/Producer at Looking Glass Media, LLC, where responsibilities include developing unscripted content for documentary film and television and collaborating on fictional narratives. As a freelance writer for Austin Woman Magazine and the Founding President of Women in Film and Television Austin, Alicia focuses on empowering women in the industry. Additionally, experiences as a Play Lounge Caretaker at barre3 and a freelance video writer/editor/producer with DBeastes highlight a multifaceted career that encompasses both childcare and production roles.
