Lisa B. is the Founder and CEO of Austin Alliance Group, where expertise encompasses HR consulting, business strategy coaching, and publishing. In addition to leading their company, Lisa serves as Co-Director for Leadership Development and Co-Director of Legal and Legislative Affairs at the Texas Society of Human Resource Management (Texas SHRM), contributing to leadership initiatives and legislative support on a state level. Furthermore, Lisa has held various leadership roles with Austin SHRM, including immediate past president and president, where significant efforts were made to advance the organization's mission and growth. Prior experience includes high-level HR and operations roles at several notable companies. Lisa holds an MBA in Organizational Studies from Notre Dame de Namur University and a BS in Recreation Administration from California State University, Fresno.
