Dawn Mosely is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Catering Sales Manager at Austin Convention Center since August 2018. With a strong background in customer service and operations, Dawn previously held the position of Reservations Manager at milk + honey spa, where leadership of a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences was key. Dawn’s earlier roles include Assistant Manager positions at The Saxton Group | McAlister's Deli and McAlister's Deli (Corporation), where responsibilities involved store transitions, operational efficiencies, and staff training. Dawn began the hospitality career with notable internships and service roles, including a Resort Management Internship at Horseshoe Bay Resort and serving at Cheddar's Casual Cafe. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
