Aviva Chow, CMP, currently serves as the Head of Venue Sales & Partnerships (Performing Arts) at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since 2024, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Venue Operations (Performing Arts) from 2021 to 2023. With a robust background in sales and marketing, Aviva has also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at W Hong Kong and the Group Director of Sales Operations at Langham Hospitality Group, where promotions marked significant advancements in career. Other key roles include Director of Global Sales & Marketing Programmes, Director of Global Sales - MICE at Island Shangri-La, and various sales positions at Hong Kong Disneyland, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, and Sheraton Boston Hotel. Aviva holds degrees from Boston University, Miss Porter's School, and Sacred Heart Canossian College.
