Russell Gilder is a Project Engineer at Austal USA since May 2023, previously serving in various engineering support roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems from January 2013 to May 2023, culminating as a Senior Engineering Support Specialist 3. Prior experience includes positions as a Lead Instructor and Student Representative/Recruiting at ITT Technical Institute, and ownership of In the Dust Creative, specializing in custom furniture and woodworks.
