Jorge Arenas is an experienced NPI Quality Engineer currently employed at Amphenol Alden since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing and updating critical quality documentation and ensuring products meet customer specifications. Prior to this, Jorge held positions at TE Connectivity from June 2013 to September 2022, where contributions included preparing PPAPs for new products and enhancing quality actions on production lines, as well as focusing on reducing both internal and external complaints in a sustaining quality engineer role. Jorge began a career at Flex-N-Gate as an MP&L Leader, overseeing logistics and facilitating new product launches. Jorge holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad de Sonora, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
