Sophie Hallden is a seasoned HR specialist with extensive experience in leadership development, culture, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Currently serving as the Leadership, Culture & DEIB Specialist at Aurobay Sweden since May 2023, Sophie has held various significant roles including HR Project Manager at OIO and Head of Employee Experience, Culture & DEI at BICO. A co-founder and director of the Sweden Canada Centre for Commerce, Sophie has also worked in business and HR consulting through Hallden Consulting, and has experience in HR administration and recruitment from positions at Stena Line and ProSeal Service Group. Sophie's educational background includes an MBA from Walsh College and a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from the University West, complemented by ongoing studies at Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences.
